Same Mission with a New Name!

We are thrilled to announce that C3 Food Pantry is now LOVE OUR CITY! While the name has changed, our commitment to our Portland community remains steadfast. We are the same team working at the same location in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland. We continue to work passionately to provide food access and food stability to those in need. Our mission embodies our core values of CARE, COMMUNITY and COMPASSION. Thank you for being a part of our journey as we grow and strengthen our impact together!

LOVE OUR CITY IS OPEN FOR FOOD BOX DISTRIBUTION WEEKLY ON TUESDAYS AT 11AM-12PM

Our pre-packed food boxes are offered at no cost.  Boxes typically contain dry goods, bread, fresh produce, dairy, eggs, meat, and ready to eat meals (as supplies are available). We strive to provide enough fresh and healthy food to last approximately three to four days per household.

Love Our City is located at 6120 NE 57th Ave (corner of 57th/Lombard), Portland, OR, 97218.  We are accessible by Trimet bus line 72.  The line for food distribution to people in cars starts at the corner of NE 57th Ave and NE Holman Street in Portland.  Walk up distribution is also available.

This organization is an equal opportunity provider.

Our Work

Love Our City is a volunteer-driven organization.  Approximately 50 volunteers work together to pick up donations at partner grocery stores, prepare and distribute food boxes, keep the pantry clean and maintained, and perform various administrative tasks.

Every month, we distribute over 600 food boxes—each containing approximately 3-4 days’ worth of fresh, healthy food—to families in our community. With an estimated value of $150 per box, we provide the essentials, including dry goods, bread, fresh produce, dairy, eggs, and  meat. In total, we distribute over 23,000 pounds of food, feeding around 2,500 meals each month.

In addition to offering food boxes weekly, Love Our City periodically distributes non-food items such as flowers, backpacks, school supplies, winter coats and holiday decor.
